A Fall Inspired Wreath

Since discovering pintrest I have been dying to make a new fall wreath. I combined ideas from several wreaths. I found two simple felt flower tutorials and decided to incorporate both into my wreath. For the larger flowers, I glued a gold button into the center to give the wreath a little more color (Sean didnt think it look fallish enough). I wrapped the entire wreath with a tan yarn that I had lying around the house (yes, this took FOREVER).

Book Page Wreath

I have always loved arts and crafts but PT school has allowed little time to be creative. I saw this and felt rather inspired. I knew it would be the perfect excuse for a study break!

This blog has a great tutorial with really easy and simply instructions (and tons of other great craft ideas). 

I bought my foam wreath at the dollar tree along with 2 books ( I used about 300 pages total). Also,  a glue gun and a ton of glue sticks is a must. 

It probably took me about 4 hours total.... not too bad.
