Dreaming of Summer....

Since it has been so cold recently, I decided to make something that reminded me of summer. I saw this lemon yogurt cake made on the Food Network a few weeks ago and just couldn't resist. Trust me, if I can make it so can you. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone....
