Prom... Round Two!

Who would have thought....

 It was 6 years ago that Lauren and I went to prom as two friends.  Well, this past Saturday, it was time to go to Prom yet again, however it was different this time, this time we were MARRIED!!

Water for Elephants.... MUST READ!

My mother in law gave me this book a few years ago once her book club read it because she thought I might enjoy it. For some reason I just couldn't get into the first time I tried to read it back in undergrad. But, once I realized that it was coming out as a movie I dusted it off, pulled it off the book shelf, and took it to Ethiopia with me to read on the plane. I got through the first few chapters while in Ethiopia but I didnt have as much time on my trip to read as I would have liked. Since school has been out though, I have been reading this book non-stop.... I couldn't put it down. This is a great summer read!

Mo's Graduation

This past weekend, Sean and I were so excited to be able to celebrate Morgan's graduation with the best family a girl could ask for. Morgan is my best friend and I loved being able to celebrate such an exciting time with her and my family. Our family rented a house in Blacksburg, VA... it was so fun living under one roof for 3 whole days with my cousins, playing corn hole, and eating way too much food. It really made me realize how much I miss all of them and how special they are to Sean and I.

Apple Blossom 2011

This was our second spring in Winchester and we were so excited to be able to celebrate the Apple Blossom Festival. We had such a great weekend running the 10k race (me walk/jogging...of course), grilling out, and watching the parade through down town.
